1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 77dat platform — including the website, mobile-optimised interface, live casino, sports betting section, and any associated services — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who interact with the 77dat platform in any capacity. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms and that the person meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

2. Eligibility

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 77dat or any affiliated responsible gaming body.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or closed by 77dat for breach of these terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a 77dat employee or contractor in a role with access to non-public platform information.

77dat operates a strict 21+ only policy. We employ automated and manual age-verification procedures. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the depositing payment method where technically possible, and any winnings generated on the account will be voided.

By registering, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the 77dat platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 77dat uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonus funds or winnings generated across them will be voided.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 77dat will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77dat immediately by contacting support at [email protected].

3.3 Identity Verification

77dat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. 77dat may suspend withdrawal functionality on accounts that do not complete verification within a reasonable timeframe as communicated by the support team.

3.4 Account Information Accuracy

You must keep your registered details — including your name, email address, phone number, and payment method information — accurate and current at all times. To update your registered details, contact support at [email protected]. Providing false contact details may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77dat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and bank transfers from Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 77dat does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the player's account verification status. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit within the player's account dashboard. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests submitted to verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) to six (6) hours during normal operating conditions. 77dat is not responsible for additional processing delays imposed by the player's bank or mobile wallet provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must be fully verified (see Section 3.3).
• Where a bonus has been credited, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full before the bonus-linked balance or any winnings generated from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts and payment methods registered in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• 77dat reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.

4.5 Failed Transactions

In the event that a deposit transaction fails or is reversed by the payment provider, the corresponding balance will not be credited to the player's 77dat account. If you believe a deposit has been deducted from your payment method but not credited to your account, contact support at [email protected] with transaction reference details within 48 hours.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 77dat are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum deposit thresholds, and eligible games. These specific terms form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account may not be withdrawn directly. Bonuses must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable offer terms before any withdrawal can be requested. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered thirty (30) times across eligible games before a withdrawal of winnings is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

77dat monitors bonus utilisation for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same welcome bonus, placing low-risk opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or using automated software to generate bonus turnover. Where bonus abuse is detected, 77dat reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, and to suspend the affected account.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins that are not utilised within the time period specified in the applicable offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's balance without notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games available on the 77dat platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated through professionally managed live dealer studios. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are published in each game's information panel. 77dat does not alter game outcomes or RTP settings in real time for any individual player or account.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77dat platform:

• Collusion between players at live table games or tournaments.

6.3 Bet Acceptance

77dat reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion. In sports betting markets, odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance apply. 77dat will not be liable for bets that were not accepted due to technical issues on the player's device or internet connection.

7. Responsible Gaming

77dat is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all registered players within the account dashboard:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77dat shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, interruptions to service, or delays caused by third-party payment providers.

The 77dat platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 77dat makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times, no warranty is given as to uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Privacy & Data

77dat collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 77dat.io/privacy-policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

77dat will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services where required to operate the platform lawfully and securely.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your 77dat account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.2 Termination by 77dat

77dat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Chargebacks initiated against 77dat without prior dispute resolution contact.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, 77dat reserves the right to withhold any bonus-funded winnings. Real-money deposits that are not implicated in the breach will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 77dat operates as an entertainment platform and makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction outside of its operational scope. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the 77dat platform complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which they are located.
